2. Service Overview
SentryBeam provides tooling to archive FTP camera footage, analyse video streams with artificial intelligence and deliver anomaly alerts. We may add or remove features at our discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated functionality.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Account Registration
Certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality of the footage you upload, the operation of your cameras, and ensuring you have all necessary permissions to monitor individuals and premises. You must not use the Service for unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful activities, nor interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Fees and Billing
Paid plans, pricing tiers, and billing terms are described on our pricing page or an applicable order form. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees and taxes.
7. Data and Privacy
We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of data as described. You are responsible for complying with privacy laws applicable to your use of surveillance footage.
8. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect stored footage and alert data. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk. You must immediately inform us of any actual or suspected security incidents.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may interact with third-party services (including cloud storage providers or smart-home platforms). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of those services, and your use of them is subject to the applicable third-party terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation, remain the property of SentryBeam or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of alerts, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentryBeam and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SentryBeam, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
14. Term and Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, but provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
